1 Introduction & Scope
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 7wins platform and all of its services. By visiting the 7wins website, registering an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and written with users in Bangladesh in mind. All products, games, features, and promotional offers related to 7wins are governed by these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Single Account
Each individual may operate one account only. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If anyone attempts to operate more than one account, 7wins reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any balances.
2.3 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds. If your name, mobile number, or payment method details change, you must notify our support team immediately.
2.4 Verification Process
7wins reserves the right to verify the accuracy of registered information. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete. If documents are requested for verification, they must be provided in a timely manner.
3 Account Management
3.1 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing your account details with anyone else is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach, go to the login page immediately to change your password and notify our support team.
3.2 Inactive Accounts
7wins may take administrative action on accounts that remain inactive for an extended period. Inactivity is determined in accordance with our internal policy, and the account balance may be affected accordingly.
3.3 Account Closure Request
If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance before closure, but all other applicable terms and conditions must still be met.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
7wins currently accepts deposits and withdrawals through the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Please use only payment accounts registered in your own name.
Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
4.2 Minimum Limits
- Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method)
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, in some cases processing time may be longer due to verification or security review.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions
To request a withdrawal, your account verification must be complete and any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled. 7wins reserves the right to temporarily suspend or decline a withdrawal if fraud or irregular activity is suspected.
4.5 Third-Party Payments
Depositing from or withdrawing to another person's account is strictly prohibited. If this condition is violated, the transaction may be cancelled and the account suspended.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. A maximum deposit of ৳12,000 qualifies for the full ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳22,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. For example: a ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.
5.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- A bonus will only become withdrawable once the wagering requirement has been met.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless specifically permitted under special terms.
- If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time period after receiving a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
- Any fraudulent activity carried out to obtain promotional offers will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.
5.4 Other Promotions
From time to time, 7wins may run various promotional offers. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be published on the offer's detail page. If there is any conflict between the specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific terms will take precedence.
6 Gameplay Policy
6.1 Fair Play Policy
7wins uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and transparent outcomes across all games. Game results are not predetermined and cannot be influenced by any external intervention.
6.2 Betting Responsibility
Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If a technical error occurs at the time of placing a bet, we may cancel the relevant bet and refund the stake. If incorrect information is displayed in any game due to a technical glitch or display error, the correct outcome will be determined based on the actual game server logs.
6.3 Sports Betting
Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Odds are subject to change and may be updated up until the start of a match. If a match is cancelled or postponed after a bet has been officially accepted, the bet will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
6.4 Game Providers

11 Limitation of Liability
7wins makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, our liability is limited in the following circumstances:
- Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical failure

- Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, war, or government restrictions
- Account loss resulting from the user's own negligence
